Abi & Ollie both achieve Shot putt pb's

Two L1J supported athletes in action last weekend at the Southampton invitation throws event in Winchester on Sunday. U20 decathlete Oliver Thatcher recorded a distance of 12.72m to add a further 22cm to his 6kg pb and U15 pentathlete Abi Belward recorded a distance of 10.37m to add nearly a metre to her pb.

Lots of L1J supported athletes will be in action this weekend in Aldershot, Bracknell, Swindon and Yeovil and we wish them the best of luck as the track and field season continues to ramp up towards the various championship events.
